About Me
I am an entrepreneur with over five years of experience, from no capital to three businesses, including one promising startup.
My entrepreneurial journey has been shaped by resilience and a strong desire to create solutions that generate both economic and social value.
In addition to building businesses, I serve as a coach and mentor in personal development, personal branding and entrepreneurship.
Through my coaching, I help women move from a place of feeling stuck, overwhelmed and uncertain to achieving five-figure success. This transformative journey combines personal development, personal branding and entrepreneurship, empowering women to gain clarity, build confidence and create sustainable growth.
Driven by a deep commitment to impact and the empowerment of women, I established The Ashley Aggrey Network, a vibrant global community where women come together to support one another in both personal and professional growth. Through this platform, I provide mentorship, resources opportunities and most importantly a space that nurtures growth, sisterhood and empowerment.
I am on a mission to empower 5,000 young people by 2030, with a special focus on women, equipping them with the tools, confidence and opportunities to thrive.
My contributions to entrepreneurship and women's empowerment have earned recognition, including being named one of the "100 Most Successful Women Entrepreneurs in Ghana" by WIEA in 2023. Beyond business, I am deeply passionate about social impact.
